Cancellation Policy

At Lehrman Mobile Detail, we are committed to providing exceptional service while maintaining an efficient schedule for all of our customers.

Non-Refundable Deposit

A 10% deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable regardless of cancellation or rescheduling.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled service are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellation After Rescheduling

If an appointment has been rescheduled one or more times and is later cancelled, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

No-Call, No-Show Policy

Customers who fail to appear for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service amount.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to modify your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

By scheduling an appointment with Lehrman Mobile Detail, you agree to these terms.

SMS Messaging Terms

Lehrman Mobile Detail is a mobile vehicle detailing company providing professional detailing, paint enhancement, and vehicle protection services throughout the Grand Rapids area.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS communications unless you opt in again.
